Research interests include:
1) documenting and understanding factors that influence conservation decision making processes and outcomes,
2) assessment of the effectiveness of global and national policies in achieving conservation outcomes and community resilience,
3) understanding individual motivation to engage (or not) in pro-conservation behavior and
4) Socio-political factors influencing the legal protection and conservation of the Mauritian Flying Fox (Pteropus Niger)
